In March 1995, there were 15 disciples from Boston, Chicago, Orange County, Sacramento, San Francisco, and Washington DC, who went on a mission team to established a Deaf Ministry in Los Angeles, California. Some of them are deaf and others are hearing. God called them together to start a dream and a vision of a Deaf Ministry in LA. With the support from LA Church of Christ financially and spiritually, the mustard seed of faith made the vision came true.
